Exercises to lose weight in a month

STEP 1: The first step towards your fitness journey would be to measure your waist, hips and arms. Keeping a track of the weight reduced and noting it down would motivate you to keep working hard.

STEP 2: Do more cardio, try to fit in at least 20–40 minutes of cardio daily!!! Walking, jogging, boxing, biking and swimming are just a few forms of cardio that can boost weight loss fast / If you love working out at home buy or hire home Gym, treadmill and bikes from www.musclemania.com.au at discounted prices.

STEP 3: Do the exercises mentioned below for 30 days to see results, at least workout 3 days in a week!!

High Knees Sprint,

Lunges,

Jump and Squat (at the same spot),

Burpee,

Push-ups,

Leg raise,

Plank

- 10 reps for the first week, 20 reps for week 2, 30 reps for week 3 and 40 for week 4 for the remaining 2 days 50 reps of the above mentioned exercises.

STEP 4: Drink more water and eat healthy for better results.
